1217 Washington is a Class-A, 19-story, mixed-use development strategically located in the Southwest corner of Fulton Market, Chicago’s hottest submarket. The project will feature approximately 287 residential units and approximately 3,000 square feet of retail. The project benefits from being steps away from the cultural center of Fulton Market along Randolph and Lake Streets, as well the public transit lines which serve the rest of the Chicago CBD and beyond.

Focus has partnered with DAC Development and Melrose Ascension Capital to bring this property to market. The Focus project team is lead by Development Manager Blake Burger and the construction team is lead by Senior Project Manager, Joe Vartanian. Teams expect to start construction in the Fall of 2022 with an anticipated delivery in the Spring of 2024.
