Selected to launch Focus’ Special Projects division, Joe successfully secured 5 projects in the first six months and continues to grow the group in clientele and revenue. Clients are quick to express their satisfaction with the value Joe builds into their projects by maximizing budgets and resolving problems before they become issues.
- Achieve sales and profitability objectives.
- Develop gross sales and production of large volume construction projects in a specific regional area.
- Work with senior project management and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop existing relationships and secure future opportunities.
- Develop, prepare, coordinate and execute presentations and proposals to existing clients and prospects, with estimating staff participation.
- Collaborate with estimating staff throughout design assist to ensure clients’ goals are achieved and the pre-development schedule is maintained.
