167 Green and Focus' Vic Howell honored as finalist for ULI Vision and Frontrunner awards

Focus and its own Vic Howell have been selected as a finalist in two different award categories by ULI Chicago.

Focus and its partners Shapack and Walton Street have been honored as finalists for the ULI Vision award for their work on the 167 Green office project in Fulton Market.
The Vision Awards recognize the full development process – construction, economic viability, marketing, and management—as well as design – and promote best practices in development.
In addition, Focus' own Vic Howell has been named a finalist for the ULI Frontrunner Award, which recognizes outstanding young leaders in the land use and development fields. These younger professionals set the bar for career advancement, goal-setting, community service and a strong commitment to ULI’s principles of land use.
