Chicago's Fulton Market, is soon to be the new home of a recently redesigned, 17-story office building.
Along Lake street between Green and Halsted, Focus and Shapack Partners plan to erect the new office tower across the street from the recently sold apartment project, The Parker - Fulton Market. The new design nearly doubles in size compared to the previously approved plans, following the acquisition of an additional land parcel along Green Street.
The Gensler designed office tower will total over 750,000 GSF with a focus on walk ability and an unparalleled set of amenities. Included on the 17th floor amenity deck; a fitness facility, lounge, rooftop patio with fire pits and even a basketball court, are all designed to set the offices at 167 Green Street apart and cement the project as the first of its kind in Fulton Market. Striking black and gold exteriors will rise above a pedestrian pathway, accessible from Halsted and Green streets, which will offer access to the 25,725 SF of retail space at the foot of the building. With over 527,000 SF of rentable office space, the building will offer sizable 45,000 SF floorplates and 129 parking spaces.
