As the state of the art electric vehicle sales, service and distribution facility races towards completion, teams were busy installing a brand's iconic signage along the building's facade last week.
With delivery anticipated later this summer, the Focus construction team is firing on all cylinders as it finalizes the building systems. Final touches include all exterior sitework such as pouring of all sidewalks and curbs, installation of permeable pavers, asphalt paving and finalizing the rooftop parking deck. The project is expected to be delivered on schedule and in time to hand the building over to its new tenants this summer.
