2000 Green Bay Road

Focus’ involvement with this Highland Park project began in February 1999, after the land had been assembled, the architectural plans prepared, and approximately 6 units sold. Focus then purchased an ownership stake in the project.

Located on the Northern edge of Highland Park’s downtown, 2000 Green Bay Road is a two-building, 61 unit luxury condominium complex. Its two buildings are located atop a shared heated underground parking garage. The top of the garage between the buildings is covered with a lushly landscaped green roof with private terraces.
