Kaplan Saunders

Kaplan Saunders Valente Beninati, a law firm located in the Boyce Building, hired Focus’ interior division to complete an interior renovation of their longtime home in in the Near North neighborhood of Chicago. The project included a complete finish and lighting upgrades to the 12,500 SF facility all while maintaining full function of the day to day operations of the firm.

The project was phased over several weeks with the majority of the work completed after regular work hours. The project included removal and replacement of carpeting throughout the space, repainting of private offices and common areas as well as upgrades to the general and specialty lighting throughout the space.
