The Laurels

The Laurels has the distinction of being Focus’ very first project and, at the time of its construction, was the first new condominium building to be built in Lake Forest in over five years. It is a 30 unit townhome and condominium complex located in downtown Lake Forest, close to shopping, Metra, and restaurants. The project required a rezoning of the property from office to multifamily use. The Laurels provide smaller-size units which are relatively affordable for some of Lake Forest’s move-down buyers. The condominiums were sold out within one year.
