About the Development

Situated just outside Forest Park’s Madison Street Business District, The Residences at the Grove is a 6.5 acre development comprised of 53 townhomes and 140 condominiums in a lushly landscaped community with private road access. The project is located directly north of the CTA station serving Forest Park with convenient access to downtown Chicago. The Residences at the Grove is a joint venture between Focus and the Taxman Corporation.
