As the Associate Vice President, Capital Market + Investments, Blake Burger is responsible for executing the firm’s capital strategy, including financing execution, managing and expanding investor relationships, investment underwriting across development and portfolio initiatives, and maintain knowledge of capital market trends, transaction volumes, and underwriting criteria. He also supports financial performance oversight and stakeholder engagement for key projects, including 275 South Fifth Street in St. Petersburg. 

• Execute capital markets strategy, including cultivating relationships with lenders, equity partners, and brokers.
• Underwrite and structure equity and debt financings to support development and investment goals.
• Manage financial modeling, investment analysis, offering memoranda, and broker marketing processes.
• Coordinate closing processes for joint ventures and capital solutions with internal teams and external partners.
• Review and negotiate key transaction documents, including joint venture agreements and loan terms.
• Oversee fund-level financial planning, capital reporting, and portfolio analysis.
• Provide financial oversight and stakeholder coordination for the St. Petersburg development.
• Mentor and guide Capital Markets team members to ensure excellence in execution.
