Since joining the company in 2015 Josh has secured $336 million in third-party contracting revenue. He recruited and manages a growing construction team of 35 sophisticated industry professionals who are trained to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and trade partners alike. His dedication to safe and secure jobsites has resulted in a excellent jobsite safety score and a culture of continuous improvement across the entire organization.

• Lead all construction activity.
• Lead project operations including initial construction efforts; provide input during the design phase.
• Build collaborative field teams.
• Manage project teams to ensure each member is functioning at the highest level and working efficiently to implement the owner’s vision and meet contract obligations.
• Assume final responsibility for the ultimate success of all construction projects.
