As Controller, Rebecca specializes in process improvement and enhanced efficiencies. She uses her impressive skillset to drive financial strategies for Focus while also directing the fiscal functions of the firm, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, and cashflows. 

• Oversee month-end close process ensuring transactions are recorded in compliance with GAAP and Company policies.
• Manage monthly construction loan draw submission process including coordination with operational departments, Executives and Shareholders.
• Monitor internal controls and procedures to ensure safeguarding of assets and accuracy of financial statements.
• Management of accounting team, developing and motivating staff, and fostering teamwork and collaboration.
