Diversity, equity, and inclusion in commercial real estate

How Focus is striving to be a DEI leader in the community and across the industry. In September and October of 2021, a partnership of seven real estate investment associations from around the world, including the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, the Pension Real Estate Association, and the Urban Land Institute in the United States, sponsored a first-ever survey benchmarking diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the commercial real estate industry.
