As a project goes on, risk monitoring will help decrease risks that come along the way. All aspects of the project must be closely monitored to evaluate small issues that can cause big damage.

This also involves proper communication. A risk management plan must be thoughtfully executed and communicated to the entire team in order to operate as it’s supposed to.
