The redevelopment at Hawthorn Mall is well underway. In January teams completed the garage and put most of the CMU walls in place allowing for the structural framing of the retail and residential spaces. The structural steel is in place for most of the retail portion of the North building in preparation for the precast install in early February. The Domaine at Hawthorn Row, the residential component of the project will wrap around the garage and with its completion, teams have started to build out units. Beginning with the North building, teams are framing in wood and the first section is nearly complete. Inside the units, teams are roughing in utilities while windows and other enclosure components will begin to be installed in the coming weeks. Check back here to track progress onsite.
