About the Development

Focus and its partners Atlantic Residential and Centennial are excited to be repositioning a portion of Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills, IL into a mixed-use development. The Domaine at Hawthorn Row includes 311 luxury rental apartments and 54,000 SF of retail space. The development is located at the heart of Vernon Hills’ retail corridor and benefits from a high level of economic activity. Tenants are within walking distance of Class-A retailers on site as well as across the street.
