The first phase of redevelopment includes, The Domaine at Hawthorn Row, a community of 311 luxury rental apartments and 54,000 SF of retail space. The development is located at the heart of Vernon Hills’ retail corridor and benefits from a high level of economic activity. Tenants are within walking distance of Class-A retailers on site as well as across the street.
