About the Development
Focus was hired as general contractor by the Malnati Organization to revamp its Schaumburg location by creating a new entrance with separate waiting areas for carry-out and dine-in customers. The renovation also updated the restaurant’s kitchen, created an outdoor roof deck and two handicapped restrooms on the first floor. The restaurant remained operational throughout construction.
