After seeing our work at Lou Malnati’s Gold Coast location, Blue Plate selected Focus as General Contractor for the extensive remodeling of its downtown Symphony Center restaurant, known at the time as Symphony. During this intense remodel, Focus worked a multitude of shifts to ensure that the restaurant was completed within the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s short six-week summer break. In addition, Focus was certain to make sure that the finished product reflected the owner’s rebranding effort. Focus met the owner’s schedule and budget, and the newly branded Tesori restaurant reopened in time for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s 2012 season opener.
