Vic led the development efforts on the mixed-use development the Domaine at Hawthorn Row, the first phase of redevelopment at Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills, IL. Vic expertly navigated a complicated process which included multiple stakeholders including municipalities, investors, mall ownership, and retail tenants. His expert management resulted in the early delivery of the 311 unit Domaine which currently achieves premium rent rates in a competitive North Shore Chicagoland market and has received numerous industry awards.

Autonomously lead multiple and/or complex real estate development projects from inception to completion.
Act autonomously as Owner’s Representative through construction, operations, and disposition.
Participate in investment analysis of potential projects and acquisitions.
Oversee projects through each stage of entitlements and permitting.
Collaborate with the Focus construction team to ensure timely delivery and superior quality.
Lead a team of consultants from project inception through design development drawings.
