Vicky G. Lee

As Senior Vice President, Development

Vicky leads and manages the company's expansion into different markets across the Southeast region of the country. As a Management Team member, Vicky is responsible for defining and implementing internal strategies and policies with the goal of growing the organization. In addition, she leads real estate acquisition, development, and architectural design activities on multiple projects, totaling more than $800mm for both Focus and third-party clients.

• Represent Focus as owner.
• Participate in investment analysis of potential projects and acquisitions.
• Lead the real estate zoning entitlement process.
• Negotiate operating agreements, joint venture documents, and loan documents along with the Executive Vice President, Development.
• Oversee the preparation of each development’s business plans.
• Create the development’s architecture program and design with the CEO.
• Lead team of development managers and/or consultants during the acquisitions, entitlement, design, construction, asset management, and disposition phase.

• Sustainability programs including LEED and NGBS.
• Winner of the Driehaus Form-Based Code Award (2013) and the International Design Award (2012).
