Construction on the new luxury apartment community, Porter is in full swing.
This month, teams are focused on installing level four wall panels with the help of the tower crane which sits on the level three outdoor amenity deck. Plywood structural walls are inserted in between a one bedroom layout which can be observed in the above video.
Layout will soon be completed to allow for the install of interior and exterior wall panels for the studio, one and two bedroom units which make up the fourth level of the building. The garage ramp and completed masonry on the South side offer a sneak peek into the two story garage structure that will be clad with open air metal panels, and the stair and elevator shafts show the full future height of Porter.
