Highly regarded developers progress with luxury apartment project in Miami

Focus, an experienced real estate development and construction firm based in Chicago, and Group Fox, a family owned property and asset management firm also from Chicago, received administrative site plan approval for their latest luxury apartment tower, Brickell Starlite, and marks a pivotal milestone for the project. The highly anticipated 517-unit project in the heart of the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, now fully zoned and ready to break ground, is uniquely positioned to capture soaring demand in the nation’s strongest multifamily market.
