Kelmscott Park brings maintenance-free single-family homes, condominiumminiums and apartments to downtown Lake Forest
LAKE FOREST, ILL., December 5, 2017 – Chicago-based Focus today announced the groundbreaking for the condominiumminiums at Kelmscott Park, a new luxury residential community in east Lake Forest. Deliveries for the condominiumminiums are slated for the first quarter of 2019.
Located at Laurel and Western avenues at the north end of downtown Lake Forest, Kelmscott Park features a mix of housing styles designed by Chicago-based architecture firm Booth Hansen. Prices start at $625,000 for the development’s for-sale offerings, which include 42 condominiumminiums with two to three bedroom plus den floor plans, and 12 single-family homes with customizable floor plans ranging from three to five bedrooms.
Residences feature contemporary, open floor plans with impressive upscale finishes including 9-foot ceilings; custom cabinetry; hardwood oak flooring; Sub-Zero and Wolf stainless steel appliances; stone countertops; Kohler fixtures; and natural stone tile in primary baths. With construction now underway, condominiumminium buyers will need to sign a contract by Spring 2018 in order to customize finishes.

Priced from $1.3 million, single-family homes offer a first-floor primary suite, den, brick patio, full unfinished basement and attached 2-car garage. A furnished model home was completed last month and is located at 111 Franklin Place East.
