Focus was selected to construct the high-end, high visibility leasing office on the 30^th floor, as well as a ready-now spec suite on the 27^th floor for Irvine Company at 71 S. Wacker. Our work showcases the ability of our interior construction team to remain dedicated to an owner’s vision while using innovative and cost-effective methods to produce the highest value. From preconstruction through construction and close-out, we listened to the client and provided both affordable and creative solutions, including Muraflex glass office fronts that not only provided a transparent space but also created a superior sound rating and modern design aesthetic.
