Focus Tops Off in Logan Square

Everyone was looking “up” in Logan’s Square when crews topped off the two new Logan Apartments buildings at the end of the summer. As the general contractor on the exciting mixed-use project by Fifield and Terraco, Focus reached a significant milestone on its way to project completion when they topped off the 5 and 6 story buildings. Senior Project Manager Mike de Lannoy and Senior Superintendent Mark O’Dette were on hand to celebrate with lunch for all the onsite staff and the Focus team joined in thanking the tradesmen and women for creating a succesSFul and safe work site.

The Antunovich designed, Logan Apartments are a 327,500 square foot apartment and retail project which is slated for November 2019 completion. The two buildings which make up the project will include residential apartments, first floor retail space, a pool, indoor gym and indoor parking.
