Kelmscott Park Construction Updates, February 2018

Teams from Focus continued to make progress in Lake Forest as construction ramped up during the month of February.

Following excavation for the first phase of condominiums, the footprint of the building is now clearly visible and construction teams prep the site to set precast concrete garage walls, columns and beams in the coming weeks.

Teams also finished construction on the first two apartment buildings, with the third scheduled to deliver in the next few days. Teams celebrated the grand opening milestone with a party for key stakeholders during which team members participated in a ribbon cutting and a toast to the future success of the community. With the majority of the cold winter months now past, construction is expected to ramp up substantially and teams are confident that weather related delays have made no impact on the estimated delivery of early 2019.
