Progress in Lake Forest

The Residences at Kelmscott Park in downtown Lake Forest continue to speed towards completion.
June marks the 7th month of construction at the 10.5 acre site in downtown Lake Forest and the hallmarks of the luxury community are starting to take shape. The first of 12 single-family homes constructed by North Shore great, Orren Pickell, is completely framed and has a roof installed. The model home is slated for completion early Fall of 2017. Additionally, the three apartment buildings, which will define the community’s east face, have complete foundations and enclosed parking structures. 140 Morris Lane, at the community’s north edge has experienced the most progress as it has been completely structured and had its defining gables installed.
The team is expected to celebrate the topping out of the project sometime in late June with construction slated for completion in 2018.
