Construction progresses at the Link Evanston.

The Focus construction team continues to make progress as construction continues at the Link Evanston. Teams have secured the structure of floors 1 -3 and finished erecting the steel columns and beams, including all for the detail work required for the steel on level 4. In addition, teams began pouring the topping slab for the future amenity deck.

Looking ahead.

In the coming weeks, teams will begin erecting precast plank for Level 4 and will install grout, rebar ad conduit lines starting on the East side, moving through to the West side of the building. Once the 4^th floor in complete, teams will continue in the same fashion upwards through the additional floors.
