Located in the heart of downtown Evanston, Church Street Station is a 17-story, 105-unit condominium development with 17,000 GSF of ground floor retail space. Its on-site amenities include an indoor swimming pool with outdoor sun deck, fitness center and parking. The building also includes an extensive green roof system, an environmentally friendly response to the heat-generating hard surfaces normally seen in urban settings. Church Street was the first building in Chicago’s suburbs to incorporate an extensive green roof. Construction began in May 2001 and the first closings occurred in September 2002.
