Bhavin successfully managed the 808 N Cleveland construction project, to a successful, safe, and profitable conclusion.  The $63MM new construction project was a complex project which required creative problem solving and unique solutions in order to complete on time and under budget. Not only was the project successfully delivered on time while navigating through numerous delays, but Bhavin and his team was able to account for those delays and pivot where necessary and still be efficient with the delivery of this project. 

• Oversee complex, multiple projects ($50MM+) and large project teams from concept through final acceptance and warranty period
• Develop client proposals, project estimates, contract administration, scheduling and costing
• Direct project quality control and safety protocols
• Manage project profit and loss
• Guide multiple direct reports, projects, and project teams concurrently
