As Senior Project Manager for the Atworth at Mellody Farm, Wade led the team tasked with an amenity space redesign with construction underway. Through successful buyout and additional value engineering in the base contracts, Wade and his team were able to return nearly $1mm of contingency which was then reinvested into the project through our integrated delivery model. This allowed Focus to deliver a substantially upgraded project and ultimately, the Atworth leased at a record pace, with all 260 units leasing up in under 10 months.

• Oversee complex, multiple projects ($50MM+) and large project teams from concept through final acceptance and warranty period
• Develop client proposals, project estimates, contract administration, scheduling and costing
• Direct project quality control and safety protocols
• Manage project profit and loss
• Guide multiple direct reports, projects, and project teams concurrently
