Construction closes in at the Atworth

Things are starting to take their final shape at The Atworth at Mellody Farm.

The Phase 1 exterior façade is nearing completion with the Focus team in the process of installing drywall, cabinets, and finishes. The Phase 2 MEP/FP rough-inspections are complete, and the team is gearing up for drywall installation. Finally, the Phase 3 interior framing is 90% complete and MEP/FP trades have begun running their mains.

The courtyard’s landscape work is underway as warmer Spring weather has started to have an impact on Chicagoland. Teams poured the outdoor swimming pool last week and work has begun on the surrounding sundeck and grill stations.
