Stakeholders gathered to celebrate the completion of the second phase of redevelopment at Fox Valley mall. The newest addition to the mall, dubbed Lucca, adds a second luxury apartment community with Studio, 1-, 2- bed and 1-, 2- bed plus den residences, as well as multiple public outdoor spaces. 

Designed as a live, work, play community center, Lucca is part of a collaborative endeavor by Focus, Affinius Capital, Atlantic Residential, and Centennial, to reimagine the Fox Valley Mall. Now welcoming its first residents; Lucca is set to revolutionize modern community living. The project features 323 luxury rental apartments and an impressive 55,000 square feet of new public space. With its unmatched blend of luxury and convenience, Lucca stands as a testament to a new era of sophisticated experiences in Aurora.

On June 18th, a grand opening celebration was attended by representatives of Focus, Affinius Capital, Atlantic Residential, Centennial, the Village of Aurora, and other esteemed guests. The event commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony signifying the completion of this next step in reimagining the traditional shopping center into a vibrant mixed-use destination.

Following the grand opening ceremony, guests were provided with guided tours of the property offering a firsthand look at the impressive community. Attendees enjoyed refreshments, appetizers, and live entertainment in Lucca’s beautiful amenity space.
