The Atworth at Mellody Farm continues to welcome new residents

The Atworth at Mellody Farm continues to cruise towards completion.

The Focus construction team is busy putting the final touches on in Vernon Hills as the project is nearing completion. The first phase of the project, which includes the courtyard and garage, and the first two floors of phase two, have received their temporary certificates of occupancy with the remainder expected to receive theirs in the next three months.

Leasing activity onsite has been going well and the Atworth continues to welcome new residents since leasing begin in mid-July.
