The Atworth at Mellody Farm Nears Completion in Vernon Hills

The Atworth at Mellody Farm speeds towards a mid-July occupancy.

The three phases of the 7 acre development have been progressing rapidly with teams working through the punch list on the first phase interiors. The second and third phases of construction aren’t far behind the first with the install of interior finishes and drywall wrapping up this month.

The exteriors of the project are also coming along as the majority of the facade is complete and teams begin to plant landscaping. Due to the size of the site and the extensive courtyard amenity, landscaping will be ongoing throughout the summer.

The community will feature an outdoor swimming pool with terrace and sundeck, and a fitness and yoga studio. The 200 luxury apartments in Vernon Hills are slated for delivery in the next couple of months.
