REJournals names the Domaine at Hawthorn Row the suburban multifamily development of the year

REJournals hosted a celebration of excellence in commercial real estate where the organization honored professionals, companies and projects which excelled in their arenas. 

This year, REJournals honored Focus and it's partners when they named the Domaine at Hawthorn Row as the suburban multifamily development of the year. The 311 apartment community is the first phase of redevelopment of Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills and has seen great success since leasing began in the summer of 2023. 

Additionally, Lumen at Fox Valley, the first phase of redevelopment of Fox Valley mall in Aurora was honored as a finalist for interior design of the year.
