As Vice President, Marketing + Asset Management
As Vice President of Marketing & Asset Management, Margaret leads the firm’s brand strategy, project marketing initiatives, and operating asset performance. She partners closely with development, capital markets, and executive leadership to align marketing execution and asset operations with approved business plans, investor expectations, and long-term value creation goals.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Direct firmwide marketing strategy across corporate branding and development projects.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid media, social campaigns, and website strategy.
- Oversee brand positioning, content creation, collateral development, and public relations efforts.
- Manage project-specific marketing plans.
- Coordinate business development pursuits including RFP responses, presentations, and CRM oversight.
- Drive lead generation strategies and monitor performance KPIs to support revenue goals.
Asset Management & Portfolio Oversight
- Provide strategic oversight of operating assets to maximize long-term value.
- Monitor property performance, leasing trends, operating expenses, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee annual budgeting, quarterly projections, and operational forecasting with property managers.
- Support property tax strategy, appeals, and assessment management.
- Evaluate hold, refinance, and disposition strategies in partnership with executive leadership and capital markets.
- Support predevelopment underwriting by collaborating on rents, operating assumptions, market research, and property management selection.
