River North, Chicago, IL - July 26, 2022 - Focus celebrated the the structural completion of the 808 Cleveland project in Chicago's River North on Tuesday. Joined by clients DAC Developments and Bayview and key partners like architect Pappageorge Haymes, teams came together to celebrate the work of the talented tradespeople whose work was critical in the successful completion of the building's 23-story tower.
The 286,000 SF mixed-use project will soon be home to 200 new luxury apartment units, 20,000 SF of office space and 7,500 SF of retail space along Chicago Avenue. The 808 Cleveland project team broke ground last summer and expect to complete the project next Spring.
The Focus construction team is led by Senior Project Manager Joe Vartanian and supported by Senior Superintendent Mark O’Dette.
