167 Green Tenant-Ready Suites

As part of the 167 Green office project, Focus developed and built tenant-ready office suites on the tenth level of the Fulton Market, best-in-class office building.

The two spec offices totaled 18,758 SF and featured all the conveniences of modern offices including kitchens, huddle space, conference rooms and lounge areas. Designed by Partners by Design, the spaces emphasize clean lines and create balance with a mix of bright finishes and dark contrasts. The new spaces are available for immediate occupancy which gives leasing teams greater flexibility in discussion with tenants who don’t have time to build out a custom space.

Construction of the two spec suites took 4 months.
