Focus completes two tenant-ready office suites at 167 Green, Fulton Market

The newest Fulton Market office tower now offers two tenant-ready office suites.

The Focus construction team recently completed the two spec suites at the 167 Green office building in Chicago’s Fulton Market.

Located steps from the CTA Lake and Morgan stop, the two new office suites total over 18,000 SF and are ready for immediate occupancy. Designed by Partners by Design, the suites feature all the conveniences of modern offices including kitchens, huddle space, conference rooms and lounge areas. They also have access to the best-in-class amenities offered at 167 Green including the luxury fitness facility, full size basketball court and 17^th floor outdoor terrace.

Led by Focus Senior Development Manager, Courtney Brower and Senior Project Manager Joe Vartanian, construction took 4 months to complete.
