Electric Vehicle Facility Northbrook

Northbrook is home to a new, state-of-the-art electric vehicle sales, service, and distribution center. This 50,000 SF, standalone building is purpose built to deliver electric vehicles to North Shore customers.

The building itself includes a bold modern façade and features double height glass leading to the showroom.

With support from the Village of Northbrook, the development team broke ground on the project in the 3rd quarter of 2023 and delivered the project 12 months later, under budget and ahead of schedule. .

Enhance Community

The future EV sales, service and distribution center replaces a vacant lot along Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, IL and acts as an important step for the village in achieving goals set in their 2021 Climate Action Plan (CAP). In addition, the new facility delivered valuable jobs to the market.
