Electric Vehicle Facility Northbrook

Northbrook will soon be home to a new, state-of-the-art electric vehicle sales, service, and distribution center. This 50,000 SF, standalone building is purpose built to deliver electric vehicles to North Shore customers.

The building itself will reflect a bold modern façade will feature double height glass leading to the showroom.

With support from the Village of Northbrook, the development team has secured the necessary zoning and entitlements for the development and Focus expects to break ground on the project in the 3^rd quarter of 2023.

Enhance Community

The future EV sales, service and distribution center will replace a currently vacant lot along Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, IL and will act as an important step for the village in achieving goals set in their 2021 Climate Action Plan (CAP). In addition, the new facility will bring valuable jobs to the market, expecting to employee up to 20 employees at the Northbrook location with at least half being technicians or mechanics, and the remaining as sales team members.
