Tesla Northbrook

Northbrook will soon be home to a new, state-of-the-art electric vehicle sales, service, and distribution center for Tesla. This 50,000 SF, standalone flagship building will be the 10th Tesla location in Illinois and is purpose built to satisfy Tesla’s North Shore customers.

The building itself will reflect the now familiar aesthetic associated with Tesla. A bold modern façade will feature double height glass leading to the showroom. The Tesla “T” will be featured along the roofline on the north and south corner elements along with prominent red branding at the entry of the showroom.

With support from the Village of Northbrook, the development team has secured the necessary zoning and entitlements for the development and Focus expects to break ground on the project in the 3^rd quarter of 2023.

Enhance Community

The future Tesla sales, service and distribution center will replace a currently vacant lot along Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, IL and will act as an important step for the village in achieving goals set in their 2021 Climate Action Plan (CAP). In addition, the new Tesla facility will bring valuable jobs to the market, expecting to employee up to 20 employees at the Northbrook location with at least half being technicians or mechanics, and the remaining as sales team members.
