- Develop financial strategy and ensure successful implementation and execution of the Company’s business plan.
- Direct the fiscal functions of the company.
- Oversee treasury, accounting, budget, tax, and audit activities.
- Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
- Analyze project profitability, returns, and equity requirements.
- Construct and monitor reliable internal control to safeguard the financial assets of the organization.
- Ensure that reported results of the company comply with generally accepted accounting principles or other reporting standards.
