Aisha restructured the accounting department to include a diverse team of accounting professionals which resulted in a decrease in turnover. She also refined the construction draw process to include industry standard forms, processes, and procedures.

• Develop financial strategy and ensure successful implementation and execution of the Company’s business plan.
• Direct the fiscal functions of the company.
• Oversee treasury, accounting, budget, tax, and audit activities.
• Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
