Christine successfully managed the Reserve at Glenview through the entire process of entitlements, design, financing, construction, occupancy and disposition. The result revitalized a vacant property, created homes for over 200 individuals and families, and returned significant value to our investors.

  • Evaluate potential acquisitions and new markets.
  • Manage portfolio of over $350MM including construction of ground-up multi-family, condominium, single-family homes, value-add residential rehabilitation and mixed-use development.
  • Select sites and structure deals.
  • Secure entitlements and construction permits in collaboration with municipal leaders.
  • Manage project consultants including architectural design and engineering.
  • Commit debt and equity project financing.
  • Represent ownership through construction completion.
  • Cultivate relationships with investors, partners, and clients
